Terrence M. Lawn

Terrence Michael Lawn “Terry” of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, passed away on September 21, 2025, at age 58. He is a beloved father to Kelsey, Colin, Mallory, and Regan, and longtime partner to Rachel Giercyk. He is also survived by his siblings Mary Pat (Patrick), Kevin, Tim (Arlene), Patrick (Angie), numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a plethora of beloved friends. He is predeceased by his parents (Jack & Carolyn), brother (Jack), nephew (PJ), and cousin (Dave McTamney).

Terry was born and raised in Erdenheim, PA, and was a lifelong member of St. Genevieve Parish. He was passionate about family, music, and learning something new every day. Terry shared his passion for life with everyone he met. His ability to talk about any topic with enthusiasm and knowledge was unmatched. He enjoyed the simple things in life: breakfast with his kids, admiring nature with Rachel, getting comfortable with a good book and a cup of tea, golfing on a sunny afternoon, and evenings that started with Jeopardy and ended with 3AM karaoke in the living room (with or without company).

Terry’s father instilled an excellent work ethic in him, which he then passed down to his own children. His pride in his family was made clear when reminding them to “let ’em know you’re a Lawn.”

Terry is widely known for his big heart and faith in the Lord. He was selfless, constantly putting others’ needs before his own. Anybody who had the opportunity to meet Terry knows he is truly a one-of-a-kind man who will always be remembered.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitations Friday September 26, 2025 from 6-8PM at St. Genevieve Church, 1225 Bethlehem Pike Flourtown, PA 19031. An additional visitation will be held Saturday September 27, 2025 from 1-2PM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 2PM. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Terry Lawn to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
