Robert Carson

Robert E Carson (Bob) Born July 20, 1943 and passed away on October 19, 2026 after a long battle with Cancer. He is survived by his wife Barbara (nee Murdock-Wainwright), his two sons, Robert Carson and Michael Wainwright. Bob was preceded in death by his mother Eleanor, and his sister Judy Geller (John). Bob served in the Army from 1963 to 1967. He worked at Corson Quarry as a foreman for many years. His greatest passion in life was playing golf. He was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan and you all knew when they were not doing well. He also loved planting and tending his vegetable garden. Bob will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11AM at Holy Cross Church 140 E. Mt. Airy Ave Philadelphia, PA 19119.   Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing from 10-11AM at the church.  Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
