Rev. Stephen P. Trzecieski C.M.

Rev. Stephen P. Trzecieski, C.M., passed away peacefully on April 11, 2025. He is survived by his sister Bernadette.  He was predeceased by his brothers John, Bro. Eugene and his sister Theresa.

Ordained in 1960, for the Eastern Province of the Congregation of the mission (Vincentians) Fr. Steve spent his sixty-four years of priesthood serving in varied ministries including the formation of seminarians, parish work, retreat master, chaplain, and confessor. Despite illness and the effects of aging, he was serving God’s people up to the week before his sudden illness and death.

Viewing will be held in the Community Chapel of St. Vincent’s Seminary, 500 E. Chelten Ave, Philadelphia, PA Tuesday, April 15, 9:00- 10:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30. Interment will take place on Tuesday at 2:00PM at Princeton Abbey and Cemetery 75 Mapleton Road Princeton, NJ 08540.
