After a brief illness, Paul passed peacefully on March 25, 2026.
A kind, generous brother, uncle, and friend who enjoyed cold-weather camping, fishing, boating, astronomy, shortwave radio, and motorbiking. He possessed a strong love for his country and family.
Paul was born in Nazareth Hospital, in Northeast Philadelphia, on June 29, 1960, to John and Rita (Ciliberti) Kelley. Paul‘s family moved to Flourtown. Pa in 1969, where he attended Ancillae-Assumpta Academy in Wyncote. PA and St. Genevieve School in Flourtown, PA, where he met his most cherished friends. Paul went on to attend LaSalle College High School.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, John (Christine), Rita Schmidt (Robert), Kevin (Robin), Karen Kelley, and Greg Davis (deceased).
He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Brian Kelley, Lisa Bova (Barry), Kelley Flynn (Patrick), Rob Schmidt (Cristi), Colleen Kelley (Michael), Julianne-Kelley Price (Justin), Kevin Kelley, Jr. (Michelle),and 8 great-nieces and nephews.
Paul began his career in the chemigraphic field in 1987. In 1989, he joined the family ocularist practice John J. Kelley Associates of Philadelphia and Fort Washington as a lab technician. He remained a steady, vital and valuable employee for more than 35 years, assisting in fabricating thousands of prosthetics for patients.
A prayer service will begin at 11:30 AM on Monday, March 30, 2026, John F. Murray Funeral Home, where relatives and friends will be received from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. A reception will follow the service. Interment will be private.
