Naomi Jervis

Naomi M. Jervis, of Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on May 10, 2020. She was born in Philadelphia in 1927 August 17th as Naomi Mary Hyroop. She had a Brother named Bob, and a sister named Erma. She married Leroy Jervis and had Leroy , Ruth, Sherry, Robert, Kathryn, Naomi, Edward and Douglas. She has 16 Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Jervis in 1973. Also by her son Leroy Jervis in (1986 or 87), her daughter Naomi Mammarella in 2008, her daughter Kathleen Jervis Savva Yaw in 2019 and her son Edward Jervis in 2020. She is survived by her daughters Ruth Pierce and Sheryl Jervis as well as her sons Robert Jervis and Douglas Jervis. Along with her 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was a terrific gardener. She loved to read and make crafts especially crochet. She would cook big holiday meals for her family even in a little kitchen. Halloween at her house was always the best in the neighborhood. She was an amazing and devoted grandmother and loved by her grandchildren. Due to the current restrictions, services will be held privately.
