Michael J. Kennedy C.M.

Rev. Michael J. Kennedy, C.M., passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at St. Vincent's Seminary in Philadelphia. Born in Albany, NY he was the son of the late Michael and Ellen (nee Hughes) Kennedy. He was the Brother of the late Margaret Frieberg(Edwin), John Kennedy C.M., and Thomas Kennedy FSC. He is survived by nieces Mary Ellen Frieberg (Michael King), Ann Mahoney (John), nephews Edwin Frieberg and Thomas Frieberg (Suzanne), and 17 Great and Grand Nieces and Nephews. Viewings will be held on Friday 3-5PM, 7-9PM and again Saturday 9-10AM at St. Vincent's Seminary 500 E. Chelten Ave Phila., PA 19144. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10:30AM. Interment will follow on Saturday at 2PM in Princeton Abbey & Cemetery, Princeton, NJ. Memorial donations may be made to Congregation of the Mission, 500 E. Chelten Ave Philadelphia, PA 19144. (Proof of vaccination is required to attend and face masks must be worn).
