Joseph Seka

It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Seka announces his passing at the age of 89 years. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends, especially his wife of 63 years, Jeanne, his children, Marianne (John), Jack, and Thomas (Lara), and his sister Kay. "Poppy" will be sorely missed by his four grandchildren, John Patrick, Noelle, Brendan and Ruby.  Joe will be joining his son Joey in Heaven.   Joe was selfless and funny and took a genuine interest in everyone he met.  You only had to meet him once to discover his character and charisma. He had an incredible way of making others feel special.  He was a true gentleman. The world has lost a treasure. All are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be held on Thursday, January 8, 2018 at 10AM at St. Genevieve Church 1225 Bethlehem Pike Flourtown, PA 19031.  There will be a viewing from 9-10AM at the church.  Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will follow the mass. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Joseph Seka to Keystone Hospice 8765 Stenton Ave Wyndmoor, PA 19038
