Darly Cadet

Darly was born in Port Au Prince, Haiti she moved to Brooklyn when she was eight years old. She attended Borrough of Manhattan College and Audrey Cohen College. She was employed at Rikers Island as a Correction Officer. She is survived by her daughter Ivanna Holly along with her sisters Guerda, Jackie, Guilene, Michelle and Jehanne and brothers Renel and Alain. She enjoyed going to social clubs to listen to music and dance. She loved talking to her friends and helping friends when they’re in need. She loved shopping and cooking Lobster. Red Lobster was her favorite restaurant. She enjoyed going to family functions and loved watching scary movies, drama, comedy and reality shows. She passed away on September 13, 2023 after a long battle with lupus; she’ll be missed dearly.
