McDERMOTT GERTRUDE E. (nee Fitzgerald), Feb. 27, 2006, age 95. She was a lifelong resident of Germantown section of Phila. Wife of the late John Patrick McDermott; devoted loving mother of Eileen, Gerald E.A. McDermott (Maria E. Samanns) and the late John Kiernan McDermott (Kathleen); loving grandmother of John Robert McDermott; and great grandmother of John Edward McDermott; sister of the late Edward Fitzgerald, Anna Fitzgerald Foster, Eleanor Fitzgerald Reape; dear friend of 50 years Kitty Goehler; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
