Thomas J. Concannon

Thomas J. Concannon, of Erdenheim, on May 15, 2016 at the age of 64. He is survived by his dog Rosie. Beloved husband of Carole(nee Galante). Loving father of Thomas Joseph Concannon and Rachel Elyse Concannon. He is also survived by his two brothers and his 17 nieces and nephews. Thomas loved his children, he also loved cooking, walking on the beach and walking in Valley Green. He was very active in Republican politics. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday May 21, 2016 at 11AM at St. Genevieve Church 1225 Bethlehem Pike Flourtown, PA 19031. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10-11AM at the church. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association150 Monument Rd Suite 100 Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
