William J. Magarity Jr.

William Joseph Magarity Jr, on March 19, 2016 age 70 of Marina Del Rey CA, formerly of Philadelphia. He was a loving father to B.C. Magarity and Niki Schemmel (Jason). A devoted grandfather to Chloe,Bohdi and Talulla and a caring brother of 7 siblings. He is a graduate of LaSalle College High School class of 1963 and Lasalle University 1967. Bill was a fierce basketball competitor growing up, and thoroughly enjoyed coaching and talking about the game throughout his life. He spent the last 30 years of his life in California running his own business with his son as his partner. He was just as passionate about playing golf and tennis and had a fulfilling, healthy lifestyle. His generosity to his friends, family, employees, his children and grand-children was a special quality that those who worked with him and loved him will never forget. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of Bill's life on Saturday,April 2, 2016 from 12PM to 3PM at LaSalle College High School 8605 Cheltenham Ave Wyndmoor Pa 19038.
