Tami-Lyn Hubbard, age 40, passed away on December 7, 2015. Beloved fiancé of William O’Neill and Dearest Mother of Dylan and Brent. Survived by loving parents Fred and Debra Hubbard, sister of Fred (Crissa), Matt, and Kristy. Granddaughter of Florence Crawford. Further survived by relatives of the Hubbard, Crawford, and O’Neill family’s, along with co-workers from the Pa. Heart and Vascular Group and many dear friends. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:30AM at St. Cecilia Church 535 Rhawn St. Phila., PA 19111. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Friday from 7-9PM at Galzerano Funeral Home 9304 Old Bustleton Ave Phila., PA 19115 and again on Saturday from 9:30-10:30AM at the church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cem. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the “Kevin from Heaven Foundation,” or a charity of the donor’s choice.
